Minimize QT prolongation risk by correcting hypokalemia or hypomagnesemia. Avoid in patients with unpaced bradyarrhythmias. Hepatic-Monitor hepatic function for acute liver injury. Contraindicated with previous liver injury with amiodarone. Renal-Monitor serum creatine for reversible increase. Pulmonary-Contraindicated with previous lung injury with amiodarone.
