Cardiovascular-Orthostatic hypotension more likely in the elderly. QT prolongation risk. Metabolic changes from atypical antipsychotics may increase cardiovascular/cerebrovascular risk. Endocrine-May unmask or worsen diabetes. Hyperprolactinemia may occur due to dopamine D2 blockade.
