Renal-Impaired function may lead to increased toxicity due to accumulation of parent compound and metabolites. May exacerbate symptomatic coronary insufficiency. Genitourinary-May cause urinary retention. Neuro/Psych-May worsen cognitive impairment in some elderly with dementia.
