Who should not take Zaltrap Vial?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:

Conditions:

  • severe infection
  • decreased blood platelets
  • decreased neutrophils a type of white blood cell
  • high blood pressure
  • extremely high blood pressure
  • angina
  • transient ischemic attack
  • acute blood clot in an artery
  • thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
  • bleeding
  • painful
  • red or swollen mouth
  • gastrointestinal fistula
  • nephrotic syndrome
  • recent operation
  • Severe Diarrhea
  • Elevation of Proteins in the Urine
  • Impaired Wound Healing
  • pregnancy
  • a rupture in the wall of the stomach or intestine
  • Brain-Capillary Leak Syndrome
  • new abnormal connection between two body organs
