How the interaction occurs:
Amprenavir, aprepitant, atazanavir, boceprevir, cimetidine, ciprofloxacin, clarithromycin, cobicistat, conivaptan, crizotinib, cyclosporine, darunavir, diltiazem, dronedarone, erythromycin, fosamprenavir, fluconazole, imatinib, indinavir, itraconazole, ketoconazole, lopinavir, mibefradil, milk thistle, nefazodone, nelfinavir, posaconazole, ritonavir, saquinavir, telaprevir, telithromycin, tipranavir, troleandomycin, verapamil, or voriconazole may speed up how quickly your liver processes simeprevir.
What might happen:
The amount of simeprevir in your blood may increase and cause more side effects than expected.

Make sure your healthcare professionals (e.g. doctor or pharmacist) know that you are taking these medicines together. Your doctor may want to adjust your medicines.Your healthcare professionals may already be aware of this interaction and may be monitoring you for it.
