- Precaution: INSUFFICIENT DAT AVAILABLE; THEORETICAL EXCRETION POTENTIAL PER BRIGGS
If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Urogenital-Use caution in those patients prone to urinary retention (bladder outflow obstruction, BPH).
Giving Haloperidol to a child under 12
- Severe Precaution: Safety and efficacy not established for pediatric patients < 3 years. Risk of hypertension.
- Severe Precaution: Risk of hypertension; larger BP elevations seen in patients < 12 years, with largest BP elevations seen in patients < 8 years. Monitor blood pressure.
