  • increased risk of blood clotting

  • leukoencephalopathy, a disease of the white matter of the brain
  • complete stoppage of the heart
  • heart failure
  • capillary leak syndrome, a condition where fluid leaks out of small blood vessels
  • escape of fluid into the lungs
  • fluid in the lungs
  • seizures
  • difficulty swallowing
  • a significant type of allergic reaction called anaphylaxis
  • a hypersensitivity reaction to a drug
  • hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis, a condition where the body makes too many activated immune cells
