• obstruction of a blood vessel by a blood clot

• muscle spasm
• muscle pain

• intense abdominal pain

RARE side effects

• low levels of white blood cells
• abnormal heart rhythm
• left ventricular heart failure
• low blood pressure
• escape of fluid into the lungs
• fluid in the lungs
• a type of inflammation of the lung called interstitial pneumonitis
• x-ray results showing lung tissue changes
• decreased lung function
• acute respiratory distress syndrome, a type of lung disorder
• bronchospasm
• glomerulonephritis, a condition that affects the kidneys
• decreased kidney function
• decreased oxygen in the tissues or blood
• a significant type of allergic reaction called anaphylaxis
• a type of allergic reaction called angioedema
• tumor lysis syndrome
