If you are pregnant

    • If you are nursing

  • Precaution: INSUFFICIENT HUMAN DATA AVAILABLE

    • If you are an adult over 60

  • management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Reduce dose to half in patients with CRCL= 30-60 ml/min and to a third in patients with CRCL = 10-30 ml/min. Cardiovascular-Possible risk of hypotension. Consider fall risk. Neuro/Psych-Consider sedation risk and impact on fall risk.

    • Pediatric use

  • Severe Precaution: Contraindicated in children up to pubertal age. Rare cases of benign pituitary tumor.
