Cimetidine/Benzodiazepines Interactions

How the interaction occurs:

When these two medicines are taken together, your body may not process benzodiazepines properly.

What might happen:

The effects of benzodiazepines may increase and cause excessive drowsiness.

If you experience excessive drowsiness, contact your doctor.
