If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Renal toxicity/failure appears related to cumulative doses. Pulmonary-Pulmonary fibrosis appears related to cumulative doses. Hematologic-Hematologic toxicity is cumulative. Dose adjustment may be necessary based on nadir blood counts prior to the next dose.
Giving Haloperidol to a child under 12
- Severe Precaution: High risk of delayed pulmonary fibrosis toxicity. No safety and efficacy data
