Neuro/Psych- Hearing loss is possible even with normal peak and trough levels. Test hearing if at risk for ototoxicity or with anticipated prolonged therapy.

Giving U-Gencin Solution to a child under 12

  • management or monitoring precaution: Maintain appropriate electrolyte levels. Monitor serum levels due to renal immaturity.
