If you are PREGNANT

If you are NURSING
- Precaution: EXPOSURE NOT REC IN G-6-PD DEFICIENT INFANTS, SERIOUS SIDE EFFECTS POSSIBLE
If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Malaria treatment use only. Not approved and not recommended for leg cramps. Risk of severe hematologic toxicity, QT prolongation and other arrhythmias.
