Who should not take Lorol Tablet?

The following conditions are contraindicated with this drug. Check with your physician if you have any of the following:


  • diabetes
  • low blood sugar
  • depression
  • myasthenia gravis
  • muscle problems
  • complete heart block
  • second degree atrioventricular heart block
  • Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome
  • sick sinus syndrome
  • sinus bradycardia
  • suddenly serious symptoms of heart failure
  • occasional numbness
  • prickling
  • or tingling of fingers and toes
  • chronic bronchitis
  • emphysema
  • asthma
  • severe chronic obstructed lung disease
  • hardening of the liver
  • liver problems
  • kidney disease with reduction in kidney function
  • blood circulation failure due to serious heart condition
  • pregnancy
  • tobacco smoking
  • Cerebrovascular Anomaly Associated with PHACE Syndrome
