If you are NURSING
- Precaution: LOW LEVELS EXCRETED, REPORTS OF IRRITABILITY, SLEEPINESS, AND CONSTIPATION
If you are an adult over 60

Endocrine-Elderly are at higher risk for hyponatremia due to SIADH from SSRIs. Renal-CrCl of 30-60 mL/min resulted in 2-fold higher plasma concentrations. Hepatic-Hepatic impairment increases plasma concentrations.
