If you are PREGNANT

If you are NURSING
- Precaution: LIMITED DATA SUGGEST SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT EXCRETED
If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Neuro/Psych-Avoid anticonvulsants except for seizure disorders. Anticonvulsants can cause ataxia, impaired psychomotor function, syncope and additional falls.
Giving Ethosuximide to a child under 12
- management or monitoring precaution: Safety and efficacy under 3 years of age not established.
