  • hemorrhage from the conjunctiva of the eye
  • a swelling of the white portion of the eye called chemosis
  • throat swelling
  • vocal cord swelling
  • inflammation of the skin due to an allergy
  • a skin disorder with blistering and peeling skin called Stevens-Johnson syndrome
  • hives
  • puffy face from water retention
  • trouble breathing
  • a significant type of allergic reaction called anaphylaxis
  • a type of allergic reaction called angioedema
  • a hypersensitivity reaction to a drug
