If you are PREGNANT

  • Not Recommended: BASED ON DRUG PHARMACOLOGY DEVELOPMENTAL TOXICITY IS POSSIBLE.

If you are NURSING

  • Absolute Contraindication: POTENTIAL FOR SERIOUS ADV RXNS IN INFANT, AVOID BF DURING & 2 MONTHS AFTER TX

If you are an adult over 60

  • management or monitoring precaution: General-Patients >65 years old may experience more severe toxicities. Hepatic-Dosage adjustment in hepatic insufficiency recommended.

Giving Bortezomib Solution, Reconstituted (Recon Soln) to a child under 12

  • management or monitoring precaution: Efficacy not established for pediatrics in relapsed pre-B acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
