    Nursing:

    Precaution: NOT REC BY MFR, POSS EXCRET; MAY CAUSE FEEDING DIFFICULTY, DROWSINESS,WT LOSS

    An adult over 60:

    management or monitoring precaution: Neuro/Psych-Sedation and fall risk. Long half-life benzodiazepines are generally not preferred in the elderly. If used, limit dose to 15mg/day.

    Giving clorazepate dipotassium to a child under 12:

    Severe Precaution: Not recommended age < 9 years due to insufficient clinical experience.
