  • management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Patients with moderate impairment of renal function (CrCl=30-70 mL/min/1.73 m2) should have their fludarabine dose reduced by 20% and be monitored closely.

Giving Fludara Solution, Reconstituted (Recon Soln) to a child under 12

  • management or monitoring precaution: Risk of bone marrow suppression, thrombocytopenia, fever, chills, asthenia, rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and infection. Data insufficient to establish efficacy.
