If you are PREGNANT

- Precaution: LIMITED DATA SUGGEST EXCRETION IN VERY LOW AMOUNTS
If you are an adult over 60
- management or monitoring precaution: Renal-Adjust dose for CrCl < 60 mL/min. Neuro/Psych-Can cause ataxia, impaired psychomotor function, syncope, and additional falls in those predisposed. Avoid concomitant opioids except when transitioning therapy. Pulmonary-Elderly may be at higher risk for respiratory depression especially with pre-existing chronic pulmonary disease or concomitant use of opioids.
