This combination has been the only thing that worked for my particular headaches and to prevent migraines (taken at first signs). Unfortunately BC has removed the salicylamide from their product and this combination is no longer available. Their new formulation (just aspirin and caffeine) has no effect. Their is a product called emagrin which has aspirin and salicylamide but it's not easy to find.

AS needed and is the only thing to knock out severe headache for me. I take it in a powder form which is absorbed faster into the bloodstream and thus quicker relief for my headache.
