I have been feeding Magnesium Chloride flakes to my horses for years before trying them myself to help improve my sleep. I have now been supplementing Mag Chloride for years and notice a huge improvement, not only in my sleep but overall wellbeing. The flakes taste disgusting but are easy to dissolve in water to take orally, or apply to skin.

ENLARGED PROSTATE CURED BY MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE This is my Amazon review. I am totally drug-free. Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2022 Verified Purchase I had a HUGELY enlarged prostate. Couldn't pee AT ALL the entire night it first started. Terrible pain. Didn't know what was causing it at the time. Very frightening. Two emergency room trips. Multiple trips to two different out-of-state urologists. All kinds of tests. They talked about surgery to remove part or all of it. I was on a catheter for two months and in the meantime I developed a bad bladder infection. They prescribed all the normal drugs that I would have had to take for the rest of my life for the prostate, not to mention the documented possibility that the drugs themselves might actually cause the condition to develop into cancer. They would have totally and permanently destroyed my sexual life forever. I was determined to take NONE of them and stood by it. Thank God I started researching and read an article about two European doctors discovering a natural cure 70 years ago for all the above by simply taking a daily regimen of magnesium chloride. I decided to give it a try and found this powder. I began taking 1/2 tsp of it every morning and afternoon. Day by day I got progressively better and within 2-3 weeks I was essentially cured! That was 4-5 months ago and I've kissed all of these horrors completely goodbye for good I'm sure. No more signs of ANY kind of trouble whatsoever ever since. Still taking the regimen and will NEVER quit. Getting up no more than once a night to pee. Sounds too good to be true I'm sure but every word of this is the truth. Those European doctors were oh so right! If you're plagued by these kinds of things please try this before you allow them to drag you down ANY of their well-worn paths! By the way, I cured the bladder infection practically overnight by drinking an entire bottle of PURE, nasty tasting, undiluted cranberry juice! Again, no drugs. Read More Read Less

I take it regularly as a supplement as my diet is sometimes poor due to work and I also occasionally smoke cigarettes. It does wonders for clearing up my sinuses and helps the mucus in the lungs become more liquid making them easier to clean and expel. I usually take a pinch in my water before I exercise in the morning.

I had leg cramps and I didn't know what was causing them. Like the other reviewer, sometimes I would wake up at night with horrible leg cramps. I thought it was because of wearing heels, but I was wrong. As soon as I started taking the mag chloride orally, the cramps disappeared, just like magic. I wore heels again and my legs do not have cramps anymore. I checked the foods that contain magnesium and I very rarely eat them. I'll continue with the mag chloride solution daily.

Severe leg cramps are eliminated using 2500 mg of mag daily. I find the chloride most absorbed, but I use other forms too, just in case I'm wrong, including a liquid. My nutritionist said different forms are good for different things, like the oxide helps with bone strength, but it's poorly absorbed. If I don't get 2500 mg daily I'll wake during the night, sometimes several times, with leg cramps. People say you can't prove it's good for your heart, but if it helps muscle cramps, and your heart is a muscle, then it's not a bad thing to take. If your deficiency is not as severe as mine, you may get by with just one supplement, and drinking a small glass of V8 before bed, but that's not enough for me. Using the mag oils leaves a dry flaky film on my skin so I don't like that but epsom salt soaks help too because that's magnesium. 2500 mg may seem like a lot but it's what I've worked up to that finally stops the cramping and I've been a year getting it right. Everyone is somewhat deficient because we don't eat right and the foods don't contain the nutrients they used to years ago, so pretty much everyone should be taking this kind of supplement.
