I've been on this for eight days. Today is my last day. Day one was ok (I take it at night), day two at 1am I woke up vomiting. It was like clear water which was weird, so I had brushed it off as a weird effect and decided to try a second day. Day two was ok, felt like I stayed asleep but still had problems getting to sleep. Day three also ok, felt like I stayed asleep but still had p ... Show Full Comment

I have been taking for several years now. I fall asleep quickly with no "hungover" feeling the next morning. Doctor prescribes 150 mg a night, but I only take 75 mg as needed (usually 4-5 nights a week). No terrible side effects. Works better if taken with a small snack.
