I have been taking this medication for30 plus years. I started out with a low dose, but over the years it has been increased. I have been taking 300 mg for many years now, and it still works great! I highly recommend it to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

This medication is great. I have spent the past 30 years never getting a restful sleep. Many night spending hours just getting to sleep. Now I know what it's like to have a restful sleep all night, every night. Doesn't leave you groggy in the morning at all.

I drank some water and it went away. I did not sleep at all, after 2 hours I took an ambien. I had taken this pill one hour before bed. A week later I took 25mg as prescribed, cut the 50mg pill in hal ... Show Full Comment

I've had trouble sleeping for a very long time. The doctor prescribed Ambien but after reading that it is habit forming and other negative side effects, I stopped taking it after 3 months and continued to suffer from insomnia. I am against pharmaceuticals so I just dealt with the no sleep but it was taking a toll. The doctor just prescribed Trazadone 50mg and I sleep all night. Better ... Show Full Comment
