Have been on this drug (45mg) for over 5 years now after a failed overdose attempt. Was helping me with sleep to begin with but now it doesnâ??t really help, struggle to get 4-5 hours a night. Thoughts of worthlessness and dispair occasionally. This has made me feel more stable but I am always wondering what the long term effects of this dosage would be. Doctors are baffled as to why it doesn ... Show Full Comment

Prescribed 15mg for depression and anxiety. After first week increased appetite, not that I had a problem with weight. Virtually knocks me out cold within 1 hour of taking and will sleep for 12 hours.
