There seems to be variance in the quality of the rings. On one occasion, a ring continued for another month (I can detect when the active ingredient is low) and another time, the ring didn't work from the get-go. It is very frustrating to not have consistency -- one of the reasons I chose the ring over cream.

Relieved dryness and painful sex after a partial hysterectomy @ 30years old. Made me feel better.less mood swings Hot flashes went away Only problem when I forget to replace it on time I get headaches, nausea, dizziness. My partner doesn't mind it but sometimes I take it out during sex. I pay $60 every 3 months a coupon would be great !!

I have used this for over 5 years and it has been very effective and easy to use. Not sure where you went but Walgreens accepted my $15 coupon; manager needed to call 800 number on card and ring up my prescription but I never paid more than $15.
