Rasagilene has reduced my tremors, leg freezing (falling), masking, and drooling. It does not seem to ease muscle aches or cramps.

MY PK Doc increased the dose to 1 mg which caused more complication. After 10 days I took myself off the Azilect. Over serveral month I was given a battery of test trying to understand my problems. After about a week of taking this medicine (1Mg dose) there was a noticeable improvement in my Parkinson's symptoms. Less jittery, smoother movements & decreased "off time". I am also taking Sinemet and I feel the combination of these meds work well together (for me).

no apparent improvement, but also no apparent side-effects, as long as I avoid terazine-bearing (aged) food products. Only real caution is the dreaded "cheese-event" causing a drastic drop in BP, potentially serious/life-threatening. Really hard to know what "isn't" progressing vs. what "might have" without the azilect.
