This product works great for me as a sleep aid. The doctor prescribed anti-depressant drugs for me to fall asleep but they always had side effects. I take two tablets about one hour before bed and drift off... I awaken refreshed without a cloudy head. I do not take every night so do not know about building up tolerances. I would reccommend for anyone trying to get to sleep earlier. Also, the price is right.

I live in a college dorm, and have trouble sleeping occasionally due to noise/aches. Also sometimes sleep is needed but I cannot get to sleep, this product helps with that as well. I usually use between 2 and 4 pills. I do find that with increased use, I build a tolerance to it, though I do not find it to affect my sleep when I do not use the product.
