I heard that fish oil was also effective as an anti-inflammatory. I have been struggling with radicular pain and numbness in my hands and arms at night when I'm laying on my side. I did not want to start taking any ainsaids and things like aleve did not work. I am now taking 2 gelcaps, 2 hours before bed-time and I am sleeping great. The tingling is not there until morning. Started getting more severe hot flashes. also getting red in face that does not go away.
