I used this medication for tinea versicolor on my chest, shoulders and neck. I started applying to the affected areas twice a day for a week. Within about 4 days, the skin on my neck became red and raw, painful, scaly, and itchy. I discontinued using the medication altogether.

I had tinea versicolor with a recurrence several years later. TersiFoam is great. Non messy and it absorbs immediately. Use it 1 or 2 times daily for 1 to 2 weeks and it's gone. Well the bacteria is. The spots take a few months.

After a month of using twice a day, it has almost made my tinea vesicolor go away. It has caused a reoccurrence of vulvadinia as I am very sensitive to chemicals, even though it is on my back. It has seeped into even my husband's skin (who puts it on for me) and made him smell and taste metallic-y. It has also made my seasonal allergies much worse again. Im glad it worked but at what cost? I know most people are not as sensitive as I but there should really be a better alternative than an expensive, toxic, extended-use product for a silly skin discoloration. Read More Read Less

This worked very well for me. I only have to apply it occasionally to get complete relief. I used to get severe scaling and red patches on my forehead and the sides of my nose extending to the area under my inner eyebrows. I even got a patch on my sternum when things were going badly. In short it works well, and quickly. I have suffered with this all my life, and now have a solution.

I have scaly oily patches around my nose, ears, forehead and eyebrows. My symptoms are worse in the winter. This product has worked very well for me. It comes in a can and is similar to hair mousse. A little dab goes a long way. One can has lasted me 10 months.

My face turned scaly, crusty and bright red. After 3 weeks of usage my skin looks like lizard skin. It's disgusting! I'm stopping usage til my doctor sees this.
