The official label of the drug I took was Advil Nighttime. I find that this pain reliever should only be taken before bedtime to help relieve pain and promote sleep; It tends to make you groggy. Oh, and a fair warning; Never take this before or while operating heavy machinery (this includes CARS). Bottom line: If you don't feel okay to do something, don't do it, and find a place to rest.
