I Was given this drug as a generic to a prescription for Cipro for an Urinary Tract Infection

Worst drug ever. As soon as put the first 3 drops, i had whooshing in my ears and extreme jaw pain. I used another 3 drops and since then i am having pain in my other ear, tinnitus, eustachian tube blockage, ear fullness and anxiety. DO NOT USE......POISON in a bottle!
