    This is the only colonoscopy prep kit I'd ever use. Yes, it tastes like cherry cough medicine, but I've had to drink worse (barium comes to mind). It only took about 40-45 minutes after completing the first step to kick in, and I was done in the bathroom withing an hour. It began working much quicker after step 2.     The risk for this prep is too high! Nausea/vomiting are listed as both a bad and general side effect. There's little indication of the difference. Almost 30 hours after starting the prep, I ended up in the hospital with a sodium count near critical levels. The colonoscopy was successfully performed 16 hours after prep started.     I took this for routine colonoscopy. 64 year old female. I’m such a baby when it comes to this stuff. Other products I took before were awful. This was so easy. I took 2 doses. You don’t have to drink that much. I drank it through a straw. Taste wasn’t great but surprisingly not as bad as other products. I followed instructions and drank extra water as instructed.     Took the first dose of Suprep, 3 hrs later nothing. Crampy is all. Procedure is at 0830 am, which means 0230 for the second dose. Not effective.

    Was recommended by DR. I read all the negative reviews and was leary.Heres what i did .Poured the 6 oz in the cup . Filled with cold water and gulped as much as i could. Took maybe 3 minutes then did the same thing with 16 oz of water another say 5 minutes then took about 15 min to drink the final 16 oz.
