I had my fourth colonoscopy this morning. In the past three preparations that I did, I was able to tolerate the drink with very little problem. I have heard people complain back in the day that the taste was horrible, but I had not experienced that until last night with Suprep. In the past, I have always next the prep with Orange Zero. However, that actually made things worse, which I could not ... Show Full Comment

This was my first colonoscopy. I heard so many nightmare stories about the preparation phase. I spent the $100 and got SUPREP. Best thing ever. From the time I drank the first dose, it started working in 15 minutes and was mostly over by 2 hours. Completely done in 3.5 hours. Same results with the 2nd dose. I mixed it with a mixture of soda and water and just guzzled it. I highly suggest th ... Show Full Comment

This would have been my third colonoscopy (first with Suprep) but I had to cancel. I could only take the first dose because my side effects were so bad. I expect unpleasantness, but this prep was really roughâ??20-25 times to the bathroom, chills so bad I could not sleep all night, anal/rectal bleeding and swelling, rapid heart rate (would have been higher if I didnâ??t already take two ... I started yesterday with an egg and piece of white toast at 7:30 am. Water, gatorade, and Italian ice through the day. Started Suprep at 5:30. I mixed it with crystal light, used a straw, and drank it in a min or less. I really don't know what all the fuss is about. It wasn't vile like some said. The first dose wasn't that effective. I took the second dose at 3:30. No problem and worke ... Show Full Comment
