My son was prescribed this medicine for his cough. Not only did it not work, it made him hallucinate, it made him depressed, confused, gave him a fast heartbeat, made him throw up, and gave him nightmares so bad that we weren't able to wake him up for almost 10 minutes. My son was prescribed this medicine for his cough. Not only did it not work, it made him hallucinate, it made him depressed, confused, gave him a fast heartbeat, made him throw up, and gave him nightmares so bad that we weren't able to wake him up for almost 10 minutes. After doing some research, I found that the other brand names for this product included vicodin, lortab, lorcet, and narco. Anyone who is prescribed this drug should do extensive research before taking it.
