I was using this because my fiancé and I were wanting to get our birth control method down before we got married. I should also mention that I have PCOS and am on Metformin. I donâ??t think I would necessarily recommend taking this birth control if you have the same condition as I think Metformin is enough...I never ever had issues with acne until I got on this pill. Also, my perio ... Show Full Comment

This drug will do what you need it to do, prevent pregnancy. I have seen a lot of peopleâ??s reviews mention heavy anxiety and or depression, I have not experienced that at all. No real change in my skin other than now I get whiteheads on my chest often. I usually get the breakthrough bleeding on the non pill days and Iâ??m thankful for that. I never skipped that. I will say though I hav ... Show Full Comment

I took this birth control for six years. I did not experience any side effects besides not ever having a period while on the pill. When I finally got off after getting married I got a period a month later and another period two weeks after that. I then got two more periods before it regulated (every four months). My period did not regulate until month 9 of being off the pill.

When I started taking this birthcontrol I absolutely loved it. I lost weight around month 3. I got one pimple every month while on my period but that did not bother me, but now on month three I am exhausted all the time and am having chest pains. I am also pretty grouchy at times. I just called my doctor to switch because these chest pains are nothing to play with! If your family has a history of ... Show Full Comment
