I've had abdominal pain, cramping, extreme nausea and lots of fatigue for the past three months. I've tried Zofran, Benadryl, and Dramamine for the nausea because I've dropped too much weight. The pharmacist recommended Probiotic Acidophilus 1 billion (!) active cultures for my gastro problems until I get to Mayo for testing. So far, this has been the most helpful product for my pain and nausea.
