I take the woman's one-a-day vitacraves gummies- three flavors (orange, grape, and apple). You take two gummies a day, they are delicious (wish I could take more) and I've had no ill effects of the vitamins. Started taking this alittle over a month ago. Shortly after, I noticed a breakout along my jaw line and forehead. I have never had acne in my life as I do not have oily skin. Now my face is oily all the time. I am very disappointed.

FIRST Off...this is not a medication and it is not a drug.# it is a vitamin. and as a vitamin it is totally useless because the dosages are so small they make no difference to your body....here is a common example....vitd3.....should be taken from 3000-10000..units a day. this formula offers 400. making it useless.

I don't believe I had any true deficiency in any vitamins/minerals before taking these, but I wasn't eating the most balanced diet and was trying to get healthier- work out more, eat better, etc. I figured adding a woman's multi-vitamin would be beneficial, and I have to say my blood tests come back saying I have no deficiencies. They're delicious, easy to take, provide you with crucial vitamins, and come with very little risk unless you have other health conditions or major medications. I do have health problems (unrelated to vitamins) and take medications, and my doctor is aware I take this multi-vitamin and approves. I fully recommend these little treats of health! :) Read More Read Less
