I am on 10mg (5mg 2x daily) for POTs & IST. I have tried many Beta blockers to no effect. Whilst other medication brought my resting heart rate down, nothing worse for my standing heart rate (230 upon standing) however, Ivabradine has been an absolute life saver, I take it with a low dose beta blocker and it has really improved my standing heart rate to near enough a normal persons level. Have been taking the medication for over 2 weeks now to treats POTS, no side effects so far, and has lowered my heart rate as expected.

Almost stopped my heart down to 3mph given too high a dose starting whilst having sick sinus syndrome would advise caution with this potent drug
