I use it as a last resort pain relief for severe migraine. When nothing else works, I have it as a possible option knowing that it will stop my pain, but that in order to do so, I will also have to forfeit functionality. I went tot the hospital and was given this drug, I DO NOT remember the next THREE DAYS. This is a horrible drug and I NEVER ever would wish this feeling on anyone.

After reading other reviews I had to write my own. you will NOT have withdrawals from Nubain. Nubain is under attack because it would end this so called opiate epidemic. It is hands down the best pain drug with zero high. People hate this drug because opiates have no effect if you are taking nubain. I am sorry but Nalbuphine will NOT get you high and is NOT addictive in anyway. Doctors hate it because they are unfamiliar with it and they can not prescribe you opiates if you use it. If you want your pain down and still be able to function it is ideal. People love to get high so the junkies hate this drug. They are working on a pill form that will never be released because it blocks your opiate receptors. If you have pelvic floor pain it is the best drug for this. I have been using it for over ten years and it often goes into shortage, I have gone without it with zero withdrawals. Read More Read Less

For safety and to avoid addiction, I use judiciously and only when someone else is home.
