I've been on Nebido since 2018. There were significant and noticeable changes during the loading injection; most of which were positive. The 1st year of treatment at 12 week intervals was stable. But I will be trying every 8 weeks in consultation with a urologist. I like the inject-&-forget approach, I hate being dependent on medication. Therefore, an injection at the doctor ever 2-3 months is pa...

Have been receiving 6 monthly testosterone implants for more than three years but to to unavailability, have been prescribed NEBIDO. Received 1st injection a month ago, suffered injection site pain and serious flu like symptoms within 24 hours, also, dizziness and nausea immediately after injection. So far haven't felt any benefit, but have been told by GP that the next injection in two weeks time...

After recent diagnosis of hypogonadism I received my first injection of nebido intra muscularly in the buttock just five days ago. The effects have so far been rapid: less tired, getting rid of the feelings of irrational anxiety, clearer thinking, better sleep, no longer irritable and most noticeable is the lack of desire for sugary foods which developed alongside the drip in testosterone over the last two years and has caused me to increase my BMI to 33 from less than 25. I appreciate it’s early days and the second injection of a full loading dose is still five weeks away but so far I feel so much better. No improvement in erectile dysfunction but I’m that can take quite a while. So in conclusion highly recommended treatment for low testosterone. Read More Read Less

I was taking 15 gel capsules a day (3 times the recommended dosage) for 8 weeks and experienced muscle hardness and an significant increase in strength during my workouts. I trained four times a day to tire myself to get to sleep at night.

Received 1st injection a month ago, suffered injection site pain and serious flu like symptoms within 24 hours, also, dizziness and nausea immediately after injection. So far haven't felt any benefit, but have been told by GP that the next injection in two weeks time should improve matters. Presently feel extremely exhausted and suffering serious fibromyalgia to extent can hardly function. Not so with implant as I felt the benefit of implant within 7/10 days and improvement lasted for 4 months, effect waned in month 5 prior to next insertion. Problem is my last implant was over 9 months ago so I'm running on empty. Hopefully NEBIDO will kick in or I'm in serious trouble. Problem is due to a combination of a shortage of the pellets due to sole U.K manufacturer stopping production and cost of each surgical procedure which N.H.S. has appeared to stop funding. Does anyone know of the availability of USA/European equivalent medication obtainable in the U.K.? ANY help would be SINCERELY appreciated. Read More Read Less
