Took for 3 months hoping it would even out...The only time I have had worse cramps and acne is not being on the pill at all.

I seriously hate this birth control. My doctor was supposed to put me on something that would clear up my acne and this has only made it worse. And when I start a new pack, the first pills make me so sick, like vomiting and sore breasts. I would not recommend..

My pharmacy switched me from Enpresse to Myzilra when my insurance renewed in Oct 2012. No pregnancy, so I scored very effective. Same pill, same time, every day. Very easy to use. Overall it is a good birth control with minimal side effects. The only side effects I had were sore breasts and mood swings the week before my period. I experienced very mild menstrual cramps. I also was nauseated almost all of the time during the first 3 months of use. After the first couple months, I began burping every time I drank water (bizarre symptom). I think that every woman is different ... Show Full Comment

My first week of using myzilra, i had breast pain, extremely sensitive (raw) nipples, migraine auras, and headaches. I am currently on my second month and these symptoms have gone away. I am not able to tell my moods just yet. I will try this pill for 3 months before deciding. I want to say though that I still feel cramps though they are minimal. I used to take kariva then changed to azurette then ... Show Full Comment
