I have tried every prescription med for sleep that is out there...(1) they don't work & (2) they all gave me the next day "hangover fog". I can say that Z-Quil put me to sleep quicker than any Rx pill I have ever tried and it does not give me the next fog...I am however concerned about long term use & plan to consult with my MD about this (is it any more dangerous than a Rx pill?)...I have been u...

I took this before I went to bed at 10:30, and was awake until 2:00 a.m. with being wired up and having restless leg syndrome (which I've never had before). Today, I feel groggy and out of it, which should have happened last night! This was a waste of money, and I'm glad I only got the small pack.

I love this product. I only have occasional sleep problems so I don't use it every night....maybe 2-3 times a week and then I only use 1/4 of a dosage cup. A sleepless night makes me feel like I have the flu the next day so I swear by it. ZZZquil is a life saver for me. When using it, just remember: all things in moderation.

It works for me. I always have trouble falling asleep and ZZZquil helped. I take more than proscribed, ( maybe double the dose ) and I do get drowsy in about a half hour. My only negative remark is that it impedes my urianary flow.

either I was too sleepy or I could not sleep at all. Had agitation and restlessness on 3rd night. Read label and discovered the medication was same as Benadryl and I could have saved myself the misery ( and money) because I had had same experience when I had taken Benadryl for allergies.

I used the liquid form of Zzzquil. It made me feel like someone had their hands on my throat and my throat was burning. It was very uncomfortable and I will not be using this product again.

I took less than the recommended dose and within one hour my muscles, especially in my legs, began twitching. I felt as if I had drank 10 cups of coffee-could not sleep or relax as I had to constantly move to get comfortable. Very miserable-will never take it again.

I used liquid ZZquil. It seems to me that the liquids always work better than the pills. it worked well for me. I was previously up every hour but i slept through the night after taking it. i think it gave me dry-mouth because early in the morning i woke up a few times need to sip some water. I wouldnt recomend taking it every night because it will stop being effective. i only use it once week. other nights i use jim beam, jameson. you know you gotta keep your body guessing.

I have only taken zzzquil for 4 nights, but it seems to do the job. I don't usually have trouble falling asleep. Staying asleep is my problem as I toss and turn all night and wake several times. With zzzquil I sleep the entire night through. I do notice a marked difference in daytime drowsiness and very vivid dreams while taking this. I also wake in the morning very sweaty. I think that might just be how the meds affect me though. It doesn't seem to be a common side effect.

I am now getting the best sleep of my life with zzzQuil. Follow the directions and take 2 gel caps. Don't fight it. Relax and it takes you to sleep within an hour or so. I wake up totally refreshed in the morning and there is NO DROWSINESS at all. I am thrilled that I tried this product and I recommend it to anyone.

The best product for people who have trouble sleeping. I used to take on average about 2 hours to sleep, and when i woke up i always felt as if i havent slept enough, no matter how many hours i sleep. Immediately after taking zzzquil this all changed, now it takes me only about 20 min to sleep and i now wake up feeling well rested and refreshed. This product helps you fall quickly into a better deeper sleep and i recommend this to anyone with sleeping problems, or anyone who just wants to sleep better.Read More Read Less

I have difficulty falling asleep most nights, so was looking forward to trying this new product. Not only did it not work for me the 2 times I tried it, but it also made me very uncomfortable. Jittery, almost like I had drank a pot of coffee. I will not use the rest of the package, which is a bummer as it's not cheap.

Once in a while I would take Nyquil liquid caps just to get a good night's sleep. I always felt groggy the next day. When I ran out, I bought the Zzzquil. LOVE IT! Fell asleep within an hour after taking it and slept through the night. No feeling groggy afterward.

I have trouble sleeping and I remember sleeping well after taking NyQuil when I was sick. So I tried ZzzQuil. I took the instructed two pills an hour before bed but by the time I got into bed, I was drowsy and uncomfortable. I was fidgety and I felt like my body was trying to get out of my skin. After about a half hour of drowsy fidgeting, I fell asleep only to wake up in one hour feeling nauseas, uncomfortable, weak, moving in slow motion, and worst of all, feeling like I wanted to crawl out of my skin. I thought I was going to vomit but I focused on mentally calming myself down. I fell asleep about a half hour later and woke up to my alarm. I have random stomach pains, disorientation, and sluggish movements during the day thereafter. I had less of the same side effects after taking Advil PM years ago. If I decide to try this product one more time, it will be just one pill exactly at bedtime. If side effects remain, I will discontinue use completely.Read More Read Less

I love it!! I sometimes have difficulty sleeping but I don't like the typical otc pills. I don't have any side effects like feeling groggy the next day. It is a very mild medicine and takes at least 30 minutes to kick in but the sleepiness that it brings on feels more natural.

I felt asleep very easily but I could not stay asleep at all all night. I was up every other hour on Zzzquil which was no different than normal.

Usage over a period of time does seem to lessen the effect of the ZzzQuil. However, even with that find that I sleep deeper and more restfully all night, and get a minimum of 8 hours calm sleep.

Took both ZZZQuil liquid and tablets for eight weeks. Worked great for first couple of weeks, then begin to slowly stop working. Took longer & longer to fall asleep with each dose. Finally stoped working all together. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
