Being allergic to the main stream antibotics- this drug was a life saver(literally). I had a kidney infection that went septic- the drug killed off the infection. I have had several kidney infections since then and this is the only drug that works for me- it was a little nerve racking giving myself an iv at home for the first time- but then it became routine. The only down side is it gives me blur...

This drug took care of my kidney infections one of which went septic- I am allergic to most antibotics- so this was a God send- the only side effect that was somewhat bothersome was the blurry vision
