since starting this tablets I am unable to sleep and have nausea loss of taste and no appetite even after taking sleeping tabs how can I treat this?

I STARTED TAKING PIRFENIDONE 6 MONTHS AGO OK FOR 5 MONTHS THEN AFTER TAKING THEM STARTING GETTING MORE SHORTAGE OF BREATH SO I STOPPED USING THEM FOR 2 DAYS FELT A LOT BETTER AND COULD BREATH BETTER.

I can not afford the brand one. After taken 3 month of Esbriet. My doctor recommend the India generic one to me. I have been take 8 months medicine BonHoa Pharmacy(You can search on google). The generic works the same as Esbriet. Lost a little hair and some fatigue. I have not gotten worse in almost one year according to my Doctor. Pulmonary function tests down just slightly.

80 year old male.I was diagnosed a year ago. I tolerated the drug well for the first six months. I then became so tired that I had problems exercising even with supplemental oxygen or caring for myself.lack of appitite even though eating 3 meals a day, I lost a lot of weight ,25 pounds, mostly muscle mass. I had lack of energy, felt exhausted most of the time. I stopped taking drug after 1 year and in two months I have regained a measure of quality of life.
