I had Hep C for over 40 years before I took a combo of Sofobuvir / Ledipasvir for 12 weeks and have completly cleared the virus. I have been clear for over 6 months. NO Side effects except lack of energy.

I found out I had Hep-C through an accidental needle stick. I was introduced to this medicine as a "test subject" for some Army Doctor and we were ecstatic when we got the first blood results back. I went from a really high V count to a almost nothing within a month. I was 23 at the time but age doesn't seem to be an issue with this medication. I had almost no side affects, just some sleepiness and depression. I'd suggest having good health insurance before taking this medication though. It's pretty expensive. Read More Read Less

I Rec'd a new liver in 2012, but we all know hep-c doesn't leave. Now im on this drug with olysio. My viral count went from 160000.00 down to around 2000 in a week. I actually feel better. My Dr's are estatic. It is very expensive, but worth it.Nothing like Interferon or even kemo
