I have very dry skin on my right foot from an autoimmune disease that I have had for many years. My foot would heat up like hives on top of my foot when in the sun or showering. I have been using it for 2 wks now and my foot is not so dry and I can actually stand in the sun for a few minutes. It seems to be working on the callouses on top of my toes and cracked heal as well. Very good moisturizer. You have to let the Urea cream dry and than use the moisturizer afterwards for best results.
