I am a 81 year old male who has been taking the drug for more than 1 year to treat metastatic squamous cell carcinoma condition found during a biopsy of paratracheal lymph nodes in my lungs. I have had minimal side effects from the 6 week infusion treatments and my cancer appears to be in remission based on PET scans to date. I would recommend that this drug be considered for treatment of this type of cancer.

The primary side effects for me have been tired feeling, headaches, stomach/adominal pain and eye redness. All of these did not develop until after second treatment.
