I have had hep c for 43 years and this is a miracle. So grateful to the researchers. I just took my final test and the letter said I am cured. I feel like my pilot light has been turned up. I did not know I wasn't feeling sub standard until goin negative. Did interferon in 2000 and it was extremely difficult. This was just as amazingly uneventful. My legs hurt and I had headaches but not showstoppers.

I thank the Lord everyday that I am now free and clear of this horrible virus. Harvoni gave me back my life. Contacted the virus in 1972 from a dirty tattoo. In 2005 I injected myself with Pegasuses for 1 year it only lowered my viral load. Today 2015 I am free! Love you Harvoni!

I finished Harvoni 7 weeks ago. I have tested <15 at 8 weeks into tx and 4 weeks post. I got progressively sicker the further I went into it. I had extremely high spikes in my blood pressure, was put on a heart monitor and additional blood pressure meds. Those symptoms have subsided however I am extremely fatigued, and lots of body pain. I feel much worse since taking Harvoni. I do not even feel as though I am cured. I am so sorry I ever took it.

Diagnosed in 1991, having contracted in 1984 through a (suspected) infected blood supply through transfusion. I tried Interferon for a year in 1992, and was really sick from that all through the time I took it. I began Harvoni in January of 2015, with a good liver. I had no side effects. After 4 weeks, no sign of the virus. No sign at 3 months. I took it for 6 months and remain virus free. I am grateful every day for the development of this drug. Was not told all side effects even though I specifically asked. Had to stop treatment because of debilitating migraines that I still have five months later.I have confusion so bad I have had to move in with my daughter.

I experienced virtually no side effects on a 12 week regimen of Harvoni. SVR at week 4, and at end of treatment. So far so good.

I had to go off the medication after 5 days due to extremely high blood pressure and excruciating pain in my legs and lower back.

Was diagnosed in 1999, but there's no telling how long I'd had it. Tried Interferon on two separate occasions in 2000 and 2001, but no response other than making me terribly sick. Just finished 12 weeks of Harvoni two weeks ago and got my lab results this week. Virus FREE. Yes, it is horribly expensive, but thanks to my Insurer, Humana and their specialty pharmacy, and the assistance of Patient Access Network, I never paid a dime. Easy to take. No side effects that I experienced. Was diagnosed at 18 and now I'm 31. Started Harvoni at end of April 2015. Drug worked after 6 weeks no traces of Hep C but doctor told me to finish second bottle. Was originally scheduled to take medication for 12 weeks. And best of all it only cost me $10. I picked the drug up from pharmaceutical company, BioCure, at Houston location. Will be tested again in 6 months. I'll edit or re-review then.

The medication was easy to use with no side effects. I tested virus free at 4 weeks and 3 months after treatment I am still virus free. I contracted HepC in 1977 and went undiagnosed until 1998. Before Harvoni I was a non-responder to 4 treatments. It had been several years since I tried anything and had about given up on anything worth trying hitting the market. I am a newbie as I have just taken 5 pills so far (it doesn't get any easier than that) No side effects at all. I was probably infected late 70's early 80's. I have no liver damage. I never thought they would find a cure! What a blessing!!

I was diagnosed with Hep C in 1997. I had never underwent any treatment for my condition before Harvoni. I had no side affects at all during my 12 week treatment. I am now Hep C free and it is with much grateful thanks to the science behind this wonderful therapy.

I'm only on my third week. The only side effect so far is feeling very tired.. Other than that so far so good..

I was diagnosed 20 years ago nearly to the day. At the time, the treatment options were miserable, so I opted out. Thankfully, the disease has not caused any damage to my body, but hearing about the ease and success of new treatments I decided to take the plunge. Now, just four weeks into my eight-week treatment cycle, the disease is already undetectable in my system and I have had no adverse affects from the medication.

From 3/19/15 review...Started on my 45th Birthday... multiple unsuccessful Hep C treatments... received live liver donation 2 years ago. Day 1: Nausea Day 2: Nausea + Headache/Ringing in the ears Today: 6/22/15 Viral load went to undetectable in less than 3 weeks. Also, side effects mentioned above disappeared after a week. I was diagonosed with Hep C in 1995. I kept myself very healthy for since that time. I took Harvoni with the understanding there were limited side effects. On day 10 tinnitus began. I also had fatigue, itching, abdominal pain, chest pain and irregular heartbeat. I am not 15 weeks post treatment and am virus free but have tinnitus headache, vertigo, neuropathy and decreased lung function. I wish I had never taken this drug. My quality of life has been compromised.

I started harvoni on6-1-15 think it is great so far except for my joint pain and abdomen discomfort it is so much easier than the shot's and pills I tried yr's ago I have stage 4 cirrohsis-hepc along with diabetes, hiatial hernia-hypertension-gerd, yet harvoni I believe is saving my life and helping my body where I don't have to take pressure med's,diabetes med's as often as before hurrah it's terrific

What a blessing this drug is..almost finished with 12 week treatment. All blood work has come back normal. I have had some side effects..extreme nausea..no energy..cant sleep and sun senseitvity.
