I have been in treatment for six weeks out of twelve week protocol. After ten days the virus was considered undetectable. My viral load was very low to begin with. I am still on the treatment. Ribavarin 1200 mg. Per day is part of the treatment. My side effects are extreme dry skin, extreme tiredness to the point of sleeping all the time. Some irrability. But, the end result is worth the minor side effects.

I am now attempting to start treatment with another drug. I was the one in four that it did not work with. :(

I have been on this treatment for 6 weeks. No side effects. started feeling really good two weeks in. I am very optimistic this time. I have been on other treatments 7 times. This is the easiest yet.
