I took the pill guys ik there not really many reviews but okay I got my period 52 days after talking the pill it changed my cycle I used to be regular so I say don’t panic it’s good there’s just side effects it messed up my estrogen leves now my cycle is 52 days long instead of 35 be careful

I took this because there was no plan b available at my pharmacy. Took it within 30 mins after intercourse and started bleeding a week later. I ended up bleeding for 2 weeks which was the frustrating part. I’d probably just stick with the regular plan b if I ever have to use it again

The pill does work in terms of preventing you from getting pregnant. The night I had sex I took the pill about an hour after. Now normally I take the plan b but I decided to try this one because it is 10.00 cheaper. The side effects were awful.A week after taking it, I kept spotting for about a week. Then my period came on and my flow has been super heavy. Before that I was experiencing mild cramping, moodiness, bloating and tenderness in my breast that made me think I was pregnant . I took a test and it came back negative. And my period came on a few days after taking the test. Yes it does it’s job but it definitely messed up my cycle. I’ll stick to Plan b next time if I ever need to but I don’t plan on putting myself in that situation again.Read More Read Less

The pill really works. Take the pill with him six hours, and my girl friend did not miss her monthly cycle

I am 15 years old I was more upset when I lost it than when I found out but I am still too young and my boyfriend was very upset also it works really good and the pain was going in and out and it still is as I’m typing this I took mine within 48 hours so I thought it wasn’t going to work the side effects were mild I was very hot and had to turn the fan on and I was also very depressed

It got the job done. however I had severe cramps for 4 days, fatigue, my eye lid has been twitching randomly ever since and I have felt like crap for about a week. I will be sticking with Plan B as that doesn't happen with that pill.

i didn’t get pregnant but the side effects were extremely strong. super nauseous for a long time & bloating that made me feel like i was pregnant. while, yes, the pill does work i wouldn’t recommend this brand. stick with plan b if possible

Used Aftera because Plan B was not available at my pharmacy. I am over 200 pounds and yes, it works. I took the pill about 28 hours after the deed. I started my period about 4 days after taking the pill and wow... the side effects... DAILY severe abdominal cramps, back pain, and my period is MUCH heavier than it ever has been. Lots of clots in my menstrual blood as well. This brand of emergency contraceptive is very strong and I will not be using it again! Pregnant even after proper use.

While easy to use and does what it's intended for. The side effects are painful. The day after taking I would become dizzy every time I stood up and noticed I was starting to bloat. 2 days after taking it I started having abdominal pain off and on until later that night I was hurting so bad I was getting nauseous. Again, the pill is effective but I will stick with Plan B if the situation calls for action again. I have taken Plan B before and did not have side effects.

I took After about 12 hours after unprotected sex .on the day I was ovulating. I opted for Aftera because Plan B wasnt Available at the cvs I went to. I have taken Plans B, ella and other emergency contraceptives before. All very effective with little to no noticeable side effects. Other then throwing off your periods schedule. With Aftear I didn't have any side affection until about 7 days after I took the pill.  an Extreame  amount of bloating, cramps , extreamly sore breats and a tightening feeling in the stomach . which for me made me feel as if I were pregnant. Being that with both of my preganacy's the tightening of the stomach was my most noticeable change in my body. I wasn't due for my period until 13 days after I had sex, and wasn't initially worried but with all of the side affects and having unprotected sex when ovulating it had me feeling as if I was pregnant. Day 11 arrived and the side effects were soo  strong I couldn't sleep at night and the bloating and cramps were unbreakable at times. I wanted to wait to take a pregnancy test until I actually missed my period. On day 12 started to BLeed and it was consistent with how my period usually starts. All to say aftera works!! Its extremely strong but, needless to say it took my mind and body through the ringer ,but I got my period on time and im NOT pregnant.
